No technical implementation details, engineering specifications, system diagrams or confidential materials are disclosed publicly on this website.
Any technical, architectural, patent-related or integration-related disclosure is made exclusively under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and subject to separate written agreement between URIBORK UG and the receiving party.
2. No Technical Specification or Guarantee
The information on this website does not constitute a technical specification, product guarantee, certification, regulatory approval, public offer or binding commitment of any kind.
All descriptions of the EPRS concept and URIBORK's activities on this website are intentionally high-level. Wording such as "intended to", "designed to support", "may strengthen" and "architecture-level concept" reflects the nature of a patent-pending development at a pre-commercialisation stage and does not constitute a performance guarantee or claim of regulatory approval.
3. Intellectual Property
URIBORK UG reserves all rights in relation to its intellectual property, including but not limited to:
- The EPRS — Emergency Power Reserve System architecture-level concept
- All patent applications filed by Tarik A. Ouriaghli as inventor and patent applicant
- All documentation, concept materials, evaluation briefs and related materials prepared by URIBORK UG
- The URIBORK brand, name, wordmark and related identifiers
No licence, right or permission is granted to any third party in respect of URIBORK's intellectual property by virtue of accessing or reading this website.
4. Confidential Disclosures
Any confidential technical, architectural or strategic information relating to EPRS or URIBORK's activities is disclosed exclusively through a controlled, NDA-protected process to selected parties who have executed a binding non-disclosure agreement.
Submission of an inquiry through this website does not constitute the conclusion of a non-disclosure agreement, a partnership, a licensing arrangement or any other binding commitment. URIBORK UG retains full discretion over whether and to whom it discloses confidential information.
5. Patent Notice
The EPRS architecture-level concept is the subject of a patent application currently pending. Patent counsel is engaged through Michalski · Hüttermann & Partner (Dr. Dirk Schulz).
The term "patent-pending" indicates that a patent application has been filed. It does not guarantee that a patent will be granted or that the claims will be maintained in their current form.
Unauthorised reproduction, use, or exploitation of the patent-pending concept, or of materials derived from URIBORK's confidential documentation, may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights and may result in legal consequences.
