When you submit the confidential inquiry form, the data you provide is transmitted using the email delivery service EmailJS (EmailJS, operated by EmailJS), which forwards your inquiry to us by email. In the course of this process, the form data and your IP address may be processed by EmailJS on our behalf.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in receiving and processing business inquiries). Data is transmitted only when you actively submit the form. A data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the service provider where required.
